Keep ’em coming!

September 9, 2010

I’m getting really good submissions.  You guys are really making me feel that I’ve hit gold.  I’ve gotten about 40 submissions today, and all are in reasonable shape.  Many are really, really good.  I love working with new authors, and there are several of those in the batch that looked fabulous.

I’m really excited.

    Hi Denise,
Congrats on the new job! I just sent a query to the website address. Am I supposed to be sending them directly to your address?
Sorry about that. I hope you get my query. Eek!
I’m looking forward to reading more on your blog.

    Hi Denise,

Glad to see you off and running! I sent a query to you on the day this was posted from the addressing I’m using here. Just checking to see if you got it, as my last query went astray.

    Good luck with your search!

      It arrived the 10th.

I’m getting over a thousand emails a day.

I’m getting through them as best I can, slowly, but I am getting there.

Thanks so much for the quick reply! I guess my part’s over now ::grin:: 1000 emails a day? Jeez. I would never have imagined. You’ll need a lot more than luck to get through that lol!
